A good cut glass dressing table storage jar with solid silver lid, embossed with a romantic / classical scene featuring two lovers on a swing against a backdrop of foliage
The lid is hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 putting it in the late Victorian period
Measures 95mm tall to top of domed lid and 85mm wide across the lid. The silver lid alone weighs a decent 38g
Some minor denting to the edges of the silver lid, but otherwise in good vintage condition.
