Antique Georgian period Top Quality, well preserved Surviving example of a Ladle in Sterling Silver, used for Serving or basting this ladle is in a traditional pattern with a solid dropped bowl with good clear impressed markings to the reverse of the handle terminal indicating London assay office circa 1806 with the makers mark for Thomas Harper II, also present is the duty mark for King George III.
The Ladle measures32 cm in length with a bowl dimension of 9.7 cm x 8.2 cm x 3.4 cm.
