Keter STH Store It Out Ace High Strength Padlock Hinge

Improved Replacement Padlock Hinge for Keter Store-it-Out ACE Storage Box.

This professionally 3D printed part has been redesigned by myself (an Engineer working in the 3D printing industry for over 10 years) to be stronger and more durable than the original part. They are printed on professional grade 3D printers with high quality ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament which combines the superior strength of ABS but also offers the best UV / weather resistance vs any other 3D printer filament, especially compared to hobby printer materials like PETG and PLA. I use marine grade stainless steel hardware for the embedded hinge assembly and security bolts (not much point in a padlock bracket you can undo with a spanner or screwdriver!).

This is a complete redesign of the original part that has been specifically designed for 3D printing. I am confident that this is the strongest, best quality and most durable version of this part available, and the only version of this part that is made from ASA – the only material that is suitable for prolonged outdoor use. This design is exclusive to Layerfab.

Pictured here on my own Store-it-out Ace, but will fit any other Keter model that uses the part number STH, please check compatibility before ordering. This listing does not include the two STHA padlock brackets but I also produce my own high-quality redesign of these, available separately as a pair or packaged with this hinged flap, check out my other listings for details.

No modification to your storage unit is required. The padlock flap uses your existing screws for fitting.

Please note, this item is compatible with the Store It Out Ace and will not fit the Store-it-out pro, woodland mini etc. I also produce a high quality replacement for this, please check my other listings for details.
