IMPORTANT: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and track your package using the provided number. All packages are sent by registered mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If you’re not home, the carrier might leave a notice, and you might need to pick up your package from the post office.

If you miss a delivery, the carrier will hold your package at the post office or another pickup spot for about 15 days. Please pick it up or arrange for redelivery within this timeframe. If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t claimed, we can’t refund the original shipping cost. However, if you still want your item, we can resend it for a reshipping fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for parcels not picked up from the post office or for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
