Our classic ginger molasses cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious and are not too sweet. These are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth! These cookies are made from scratch with fresh ingredients and will go great with a cup of coffee, hot cocoa, milk, and tea!

Our cookies are made to order, and they will come individually wrapped in a clear food safe cellophane plastic bag. These molasses cookies are round blanks and are large in size.

Ingredients:

Cookie: All Purpose flour (wheat & white), eggs, ground ginger, dairy, all spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, molasses, brown sugar, white sugar

Chocolate: Cane sugar, vegetable oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oil, (glyceryl lacto esters), nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor

Our treats are fragile, and we package them as best as we can; however, due to some rough handling during shipment, some breakage can occur. We are not able to replace or refund due to the breakage, but we do guarantee that all our products are made fresh to order and leave our facility unbroken.

Our treats that come with a hard or chocolate candy coating may become soft or melt while in transit and if you are shipping to a warm or extremely hot climate. Therefore, we strongly advise customers that live in areas where your local weather forecast is 85+ degrees…PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE because we do not use ice packs and CANNOT and WILL NOT guarantee that the item will not melt and will not be liable for damaged or melted treats.

**Processing & Shipping Information**

Processing & Shipping Time
·Please allow 3-5 business days (depending on the amount per order and this does not include weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and mailed out. Processing and shipping times could take longer due to larger orders as we need the extra time to purchase the materials and prep the apples. Packaging supplies are included in prices.

Delivery Status
·We are not liable for the products once they arrive at their destination and the status indicates delivered on our end, NO REFUND will be granted.
Please contact your local postal service if you are having any problems.

***Please Note:
Someone must be home at the time of delivery to verify the product is received, as this will be helpful in maintaining the freshness of the product as it requires proper storage.

Delivery Time
·We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time or before Christmas as the holidays approach. Your orders will be processed and shipped in the order it was received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (depending on the amount per order). When items are delivered to the post office, we no longer have control beyond that point. due to circumstances beyond our control, we are UNABLE to give a REFUND.

·Our company does not assume responsibility for incorrect shipping information, lost, stolen, or damaged items once it has been delivered to the post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and ensure all shipping information is updated and correct. Failure to check the shipping information may result in delays of the product(s) or could possibly be sent to the wrong address or returned to the seller. We can reship the items at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE if the product(s) are returned to the seller.

·Once your order has been delivered to the post office, we no longer have control of your package. It is now in the hands of USPS, and that matter will need to be handled with them accordingly. Also, NO REFUNDS will be granted for delays, loss, stolen, or damaged packages done by second and third parties.
