Let me introduce you to my newest creation, Amish style apple butter. This took me back to when I was a teenager. My uncle did what me and the hubby did; sold our properties, picked up everything to start life on a farm. Spending a lot of time with the Amish family across the road my uncle's house, Lena showed me how to make apple butter from the crab apples she picked from my uncle's orchard. This is my version of her recipe she shared over 25 years ago. This apple butter is great over warm biscuits. I hope you will enjoy!
