This hat is such Good Fun! I love breaking all the rules and creating something that is truly unique.
The camel color base yarn is a blend of acrylic for comfort with just a bit of alpaca creating an extremely soft texture. The wonderful camel color yarn is mixed with a colorful variegated yarn that is a mix of acrylic with just a bit of wool that knits into fun colorful stripes. The variegated yarn chain stitched braids are various lengths. And finally, I embellished this hat with a "rasta style" pom pom of the variegated yarn mixed with just a bit of the camel color yarn for interest and texture. The " rasta pom pom" can be worn on top or pushed back like a pony-tail. This hat is just stunning and extremely comfortable too!
You can wear this hat in the mountains, city streets, your next outdoor festival and fun for cool spring days, chilly falls and blustery winters. Simple and easy care of hand washing in cool water and then just dry flat.
