Our Story
As a Nepali living in United States I missed burning hajuma's "Bateko Dhoop" (Grandma's coiled incense) which is used in Nepal. Personally, I used to sit and watch my mother, aunties, grandmas and grandpas coiling dhoop as a part of their spiritual journey and now it has become ours! These hand coiled incenses take me back to nooks and crannies of Kathmandu Valley. I hope you will travel to Kathmandu with us too!

Our dhoops are made with due respect to the history of Hindu and Buddhist traditions of Nepal as well as the yogic tradition of South Asia. The various ethically sourced ancestral recipe are hand coiled on lokta/daphne paper by women of Nepal. Our products might have slight variations in coiling or colors, please regard these as characteristic of our products.
