Family, and friends alike, anxiously awaited my Grandma Yoder's home made peanut brittle every holiday season. She often gave it as gifts. Before my grandmother passed, I had the pleasure of her sharing the recipe with me and teaching me how she would pull the brittle to make it thin and enjoyable for all to eat. Today, I use that same recipe and continue sharing that deliciousness with my family and friends. Several have asked why I only made it at Christmas time. I had no answer other than to say "that's what my grandma did!" After much encouragement, I decided to continue to provide this yummy brittle all year long, on a made-to -order basis, so it's always fresh.

**Because the brittle is thin, I like to ship orders in a box using packaging materials like bubble-wrap.
