PRODUCTION TIME

All our items are handmade in our studio in NYC. We love creating our jewelry and we will commit to create and have your order ready to ship 1-2 business days. Contact us if you need an item sooner – all orders are processed on a first in first out manner but we will try to accommodate any requests.
Bigger orders may take longer but we will always keep you posted if production time may need to change for specific orders.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

For domestic orders, you can check your order status and track it once it’s been shipped in the ‘purchases’ section of your Shoppy account.

For domestic shipping you can choose at the order time from the shipping options below:

First Class : 2-6 business days
Priority Mail : 2-3 business days
Express : 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 7-14 Business days

Most packages go through customs without extra charges but some countries may charge additional for duty and customs. This extra charge does not represent additional shipping charges.
International orders cannot be tracked outside US and they may show at the last US location until delivered to destination.

LOST PACKAGES

Please make sure that the shipping address you are providing when the order is placed is correct.
If the provided address is wrong we have to wait until the item is returned to us before we can ship it again to the right address. We will need to charge shipping rate before we can post the order again.
If your item was not received but it was marked “delivered” it is most probably misplaced. Please check with the local post office, mailman and they may be able to locate it for you.

ORDER CHANGES

For any order changes please contact us in 12 hours from the time of submitting your order. If we already started working on your order, we may not be able to make the requested changes.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of submitting your order. Otherwise we may not be able to cancel your order. If the work on your order has already been started, we cannot accept any cancellations.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds to unworn jewelry if contacted 7 days after your shipment shows “delivered” on the tracking link. Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged (see section for exchanges).
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping rate. Original shipping fee will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES: NECKLACE OR BRACELET LENGTH

Please contact us within 7 days of when the item was delivered if the item does not fit exactly as you wish. Please ship the item back so that it is delivered to us in 14 days from the date the item was delivered to your address. We will also charge you the return shipping of the item and the shipping rate for the adjusted item.

EXCHANGES: DIFFERENT ITEM

We accept exchanges of unworn jewelry on orders for different items if contacted within 7 days of when your package was delivered. Please ship the item back so that it is delivered to us in 14 days from the date the item was delivered to your address. Return shipping as well as shipping of the new item will be charged to the buyer.
