Plug and Brew PID – Timer Kit
The PID controller is designed to maintain the set temperature for brewing.
Steam temperature can be controlled by the PID controller and activated by the controller button or by using the steam switch button and the mechanical thermostat.
The PID controller has a built-in automatic espresso shot timer and machine warmup time indicator.
The user can change:
The digits color
Display orientation; landscape or portrait
Display; Celsius or Fahrenheit
The timer supports Pre-Infusion (When the brew switch is off)
The kit does not need soldering or crimping cables.

The PRO model – Include a dimmer

*The kit will fit Gaggia Classic PRO and EVO models with four separate white spades connectors at the back of the power switch.
Some EVO models have a single large 4-way "monobloc" plug, for this model the buyer will need to disconnect the spades from the plug and use the spade covers that provided in the kit.
