IF your card gets lost:
Things happen, so if you haven't got your card after 14 days, please let me know. Mail IS a lot slower during the holidays, remember, so give it some time. I'll make it right, so don't worry.

IF your card is returned to me:
If it happens because of a wrong address from you or you moved & didn't forward your mail, I can resend it. However, you will need to pay for the new postage and cost of the envelope. I'm sorry but I can't pay the cost the second time.

IF the card arrives damaged:
Rarely happens, but I know the USPS doesn't care like WE do, right? Let me know, send me a picture showing the damages and I'll make it right
