"GOBAN" is a board on which "GO" plays.
The wood used to make the board is Japanese torreya, Cinnamomum cassia, Ginkgo, Cypress.
It is very valuable because at least a hundred years old tree is needed to make a board.
This set is a luxury item. Because of the set of stones made of natural clam shells in beautiful condition. These Clam Go stones are very valuable and expensive items just for the stones alone. All 180 white stones and 181 black stones are available.
The Go stones also come in a set with white pieces made of high quality clams and pieces made of a natural stone called Nachi black. The wooden board and container for the Go stones also has a beautiful wood grain and a high quality feel.

It is also recommended to use as a low side table.

It is in good condition, but The board has wood stains, uneven coloring, and minor scratches.
The go stones are handmade, so there are minute differences in thickness and shape. A wooden cover for the board is included. The cover has some deterioration.
