If you like emerald green you will love this pair of gloves knit from Debbie Bliss blend of viscose and cotton, it is absolutely gorgeous to look at and to touch. I knitted the gloves plain with a slightly lacy pattern around the top and crocheted the bottom edge in one of my latest edging designs.
The edging around the glove tops and the little thumb hole is intricately crocheted also to my design

The hairband is knitted in the same pattern I knitted around the top of the gloves – it is one of my favourite stitch ever, learnt of my mother when I was a teen. I knitted multi colour little glass beads into the middle row of the hairband, and finished it off with crochet edgings ending in triangles on each side, with crochet strings for closure.
