Honey Dipper Jar – Hand-turned Honey Dipper attached to Cedar Wood Lid and simple glass jar. Honey shouldn't come in contact with metal, so glass and wood are a great alternative. Wood lid and dipper are coated in a food safe mineral oil, jar can be washed in dishwasher but the lid and dipper should be handwashed and treated like you would a wood cutting board. This is a fun and unique item to create, the jar is an upcycled glass with a heavy bottom I picked up at our local thrift store saving it from the landfill and making a beautiful item for your home.
