CAUTION –
Rooted plants are not fully grown, lush green plants with flowers but with your care and love (and my full support along the way) they have the potential to grow into beautiful plants. If you are uncomfortable or unable to put in the work in growing a plant then kindly do not buy it. Some buyers think that they are buying a full grown, lush green plant. No that's not the case. If you are patient and willing to put in few weeks taking care of the rooted plant, you will succeed in growing beautiful plants. Growing a plant is a journey it's not like buying a gadget – please be aware of this. If any questions feel free to connect with me before you buy the item.

SHIPPING-
– For regular mail, I prefer to ship on Mondays so the plant will not have to stay in the post office over weekends, but will ship on any day you want.
– If you choose to upgrade to Priority mail, I can ship on other days.
– If you buy more than one plant I will combine them in one box to save you shipping.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES –
– if there are restrictions in your state regarding shipping or importing plants, it is your responsibility to know them. If you buy plants and they are confiscated at your border, it is on you.
– to know the weather conditions not only in your area/state but anywhere between our two cities that the plant might stop during shipping
– to contact me if you want the plant to be shipped on a certain date or held till the weather gets better in your area or till you are ready
– to understand that I do not offer heat packs or other professional options for shipping during bad weather
– this is a rooted plant from a fully grown mother plant
– this rooted plant can grow into a fully grown plant with care and love

MY WARRANTY –
– I do not offer any warranty or guarantee other than that the plant will arrive alive and healthy
– I will work to correct the issue if there is a problem with the plant upon arrival, send me pictures and explanation within 24 hours of delivery. A plant that’s been uprooted and boxed may appear to have a problem that is simply shock and stress, but it is still advisable to take a picture of the plant when it arrives
– I offer no warranty, guarantee, refund or exchanges for plants that die or wilt

If there is a problem with the box being damaged during transit, that will be between you and the shipper.
