These one-of-a-kind bloomers are made from a pretty vintage cotton fabric with an elastic waist: high-waisted (meant to be worn up near your belly button).
They are below knee length (depending on your height) with loose-fitting legs gathered with narrow elastic inside a red satin ribbon.
They feature one row of wide ivory embroidered mesh lace with a fringe accent toward the hem.
No pockets, unlined, opaque.

These adorable undergarments are the perfect addition to your Steampunk, Victorian, Pirate, Clown, Civil War, Colonial, Saloon Girl, or CanCan costume!
