These hoops are made of 3,5mm (7 gauge) copper wire and are wrapped with fine oxidized copper wire.
We engraved a beautiful pattern on both sides of the hoops by hand, then oxidized in a slow process to achieve this beautiful black patina.
Each piece is sealed with special renaissance wax to preserve and protect the finish.
To help preserve the finish of your ear weights longer do not use soaps to clean it.
You can clean it with a soft dry cloth.
Slide the spring on the hoop to open and close.
Every thing is hand made and unique.
