Judges comment: This spread has an alluring deep dark colour and luxurious glossy look. The texture is gloriously rich, smooth, and buttery. We enjoyed the bitter flavourful depth from the cocoa and the creamy richness of the butter and eggs as well as the light caramel muscovado note. A really unique product that has been beautifully made.
