Descriptions:
< > ROSELLE HIBISCUS JELLY
Sweet, slightly tart, and great on just about anything. Medium set jelly that is great on toast or biscuits, stirred into plain yogurt, served over ice cream, etc.
–Ingredients: Roselle hibiscus, sugar, pectin.–

< > SORREL HIBISCUS JELLY
Inspired by the Jamaican Sorrel drink with wonderfully warm spices of ginger, allspice, and cinnamon. Medium set jelly that is great on toast or biscuits, stirred into plain yogurt, served over ice cream, etc.
–Ingredients: Roselle Hibiscus, sugar, pectin, ginger, cinnamon, allspice.–

< > ISLAND JAM
Smooth, yet flavorful Hibiscus & Pineapple Jam.
–Ingredients: Roselle Hibiscus, Pineapple, sugar, pectin, lemon juice.–

< > HIBISCUS PEPPER JELLY
Great as a sandwich condiment, meatball glaze, served over brie, cream cheese, and so many other possibilities.
–Ingredients: Sugar, Roselle Hibiscus, jalapeños, vinegar, pectin.–

MY HEIRLOOM ROSELLE HIBISCUS STORY
I grow my roselle hibiscus from heirloom seeds that my grandfather saved from his "rossa" (as he called them) that he grew many years ago. I remember my grandfather saying that he was given his initial "rossa" seeds by a family from Mexico. Not only did they share their "rossa" seeds with my grandfather, they also shared their knowledge of growing and using the "rossa" to make wine and jelly.
*I'm not a winemaker, but I do make and offer a few of my favorite jellies.
