Each piece of confetti has flower seeds embedded inside it. Perennial and annual flower seeds are included in the mix: Cosmos, zinnia, columbine, poppies, cornflowers, marigolds, shasta daisies, snapdragons, black-eyed susans and more. Some pieces look like little brown peanuts, others look like that but are colorful in a rainbow assortment. Some look like sunshine-starbursts, and may be yellow or another color. Among the mix there may be hearts, stars, circles, eggs, diamonds, and other interesting shapes in all sorts of colors.

** Our current assortment has a higher ratio of more colorful pieces; fewer of the brown pieces, and may be more uniform in shape but always a colorful mix. Bags may contain one or more larger pieces.

Each bag is the size of a 6 x 8 inch ziplock freezer bag, and contains hundreds and hundreds of pieces — too many to count! Estimate of 1,000+ pieces per bag.

{ PLANTING SEEDS }
Seeds included in the paper are a mix of annuals, for first year color, and perennials for blooms in the years to follow. Plant as you would other seeds. The confetti can be started indoors in a small pot at any time of year provided good, strong sunlight and warmth is available. We recommend planting when the time is right for your climate. Confetti keeps 18+ months if kept dry and out of direct sunlight. To grow the confetti: Simply cover with a thin layer of soil and keep damp.
