Tiger Bark Ficus is an evergreen tropical species of fig. Some figs can become very large trees with a crown circumference of more than 300 m (1000 ft). Typical for all fig Bonsai species is their milky latex sap, which will leak from wounds or cuts.
Its light to dark gray trunk thickens well and aerial roots develop from the trunk and branches in
humid shady environments.
Lighting: The ficus will grow in deep shade to full sun. For best results in reducing the leaf and
internode size, grow in full or nearly full sun.

Watering: Many Ficus are very tolerant of being over or under watered, which makes them ideal for beginners. Ficus likes a daily misting to maintain humidity. Water regularly and never let the soil dry out completely. Indoor – place by sunny window.

Bonsai is the reproduction of natural tree forms in miniature. This art form has its origin in Japan and China where it has been practiced for centuries. With proper care, your bonsai will remain healthy, beautiful and miniature for many years to come. Since your bonsai is a living miniature tree, it will increase in beauty as it matures through the years.

We use Priority mail shipping and First Class mail shipping depend on the size and weight of the plant. Priority mail normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive ( mostly 2 days) for live plant we recommended priority mail . First Class mail shipping takes 2-7 business days to arrive (mostly 3 days). We ship to AK and Hi for the same shipping rate.
Order will be process and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. we always try our best to ship orders within same day of purchase. We generally ship from Mon – Wed. if you need it earlier please leave us a note.

During cold weather when temp fall below 40 degree, heat pack is recommend for your package. The heat pack will stay warm in your package with plants for up to 72 hours. ***Due to cold weather before you place order please check your temp if below 40 degree please select add heat pack. *** Thanks
