Biscotti (Peanut Butter)

7 Individually wrapped Peanut butter Biscotti! A yummy, melt in your mouth peanut butter taste! It is the perfect treat for dunking in your morning coffee or eating as a snack.

Shipping: I package each biscotti individually with the utmost care. I take pride in my packaging. I want your package to come to you as I would expect it to come to me. I have individual pictures showing different steps of my packaging. I place seven packaged biscotti inside a box lined with shredded paper. That box is then double wrapped with bubble wrap. Finally, the bubble wrapped box is placed in a separate box filled with shipping peanuts. I also place a "fragile" sticker on the outside of your box. Biscotti are fragile treats, however, so I cannot ensure what happens to the box once it leaves my care. All packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and I ship on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Unless, of course, you want a different day. Priority mail typically takes two business days. That way your order does not sit somewhere over the weekend. I want you to get your order as quickly as possible.

Freshness: Your biscotti are made to order. I do not have them on hand. The biscotti's that you order WILL ALWAYS be fresh! I joke with family and friends that I swear the biscotti would survive the apocalypse 🙂 Seriously though, when you receive them, place them in an airtight container or a Ziplock bag, and they will stay fresh for a good three weeks. And of course, you can always leave them in their original package.

Ingredients: Sugar, butter, Almond extract, vanilla extract, eggs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, peanut butter chips, white almond bark for drizzle, clear sugar crystals for decoration, and peanut butter chips melted for an extra layer of peanut butter goodness.

Size: Each biscotti is home made. I slice them at an angle so there will be different sizes. I do try to keep them all the same size, but as with any baking, a precise size isn't guaranteed. Most of my biscotti are anywhere from 6 to 8 inches in length.

Allergens: These biscotti are made in my own kitchen. Some do contain nuts so please take this under advisement when purchasing if allergic. Dairy, soy, wheat, and other potential allergens may also be present.
