RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURN/RETURN:
Each pair of shoes you purchase from Rubyworkshop is carefully handmade to order by artisan craftsmen.
We cannot accept returns as each pair you purchase is a unique sample made just for you.
If you encounter any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us.
Exchanges are accepted.

2. EXCHANGES:
If you do not feel comfortable in the size you have chosen, you can exchange your shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and customs duty of sending the item back to the seller for exchange.
Once we receive any item(s) from you for exchange, we will ship the item(s) back to you FREE of charge in the new size(s) requested.
Exchanges are not available for personalized items.

3. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer must clear customs in his/her own country and pay customs duty.
If the customer does not carry out customs clearance and does not pay the customs duty, he/she cannot claim any rights and refunds for the products returned to me by the cargo company.
