Antique Petticoat w/ Brown Cotton, Linen and Black Grosgrain, Partially Dismantled, 19thc

Materials: Linen, Silk, Cotton

This antique petticoat dates from the last quarter of the 19thc and is offered AS IS, either for reassembling or for salvage for the fabrics. The brown is deep and dark and I found it hard to capture. The first three photos do the best job of approximating the color.
The skirt is missing its waistband. There are also a couple of small tears along the top.
Oddly, although I would consider the side with the black grosgrain along the hem to be the outside, the seams are both inside facing and outside facing. Possibly this was a mistake or possibly it was never finished and French seams were intentioned but never completed?
The hem on the other side has what i believe to be a waxed linen cut with a large pinked edge. Some of the peaks of the pinking are ragged and or torn. The fabric is interesting and would also be good for repurposing. The band measures 6” deep while the grosgrain band on the other side is 2.75” deep.
The brown cotton has a light lustre on the pinked linen side and i would describe it as polished cotton.
All seams are machine sewn.
The waistline, if finished would be about 48”.
The hem measures 74”. The length is 39”.
The waistline has a couple of darts.
