An industrial overhead rack for coat and hat storage shelf by the W L Evans Company Vanishing Door in Washington Indiana. Dates back to the 1900s. This was removed from a very old school. Heavy duty built rack with industrial design. Three cast iron rod holder and wall mounts. Seven wooden rods and one steel pipe for the coats that are all .75 inches in diameter. 37 inches wide by 16 inches tall at the mounting points by 11.50 inches deep wall out.
