I am assuming that May was a nickname for Madge Kennedy (born April 19, 1891 – died June 9, 1987) who was a stage, film and TV actress. Her career began as a stage actress in 1912 and flourished in motion pictures during the silent film era.

Condition
In very good vintage condition, slight wear to the edges, and slight marks to the glossy surface. The franking has left a few indentations on the top right hand side.

This will look wonderful framed or would make a delightful addition to a postcard collection.
