THE ESTATE SALE FIND:
Antique Cluny Bobbin Lace Cotton Table Topper / Dresser Scarf with cutwork and drawn work details. This has been well loved and has honest wear to show that. This needs either some small repairs to use OR would be brilliant as a cutter to harvest the handmade lace for you historical fashion projects!
With repairs this would be gorgeous set under your handmade earthenware pottery dinnerware collection too.

THE DETAILS:
• Circa: 1920s
• Makers mark: no branding attached when found. From a large haul of amzing linens I purchased from the estate of a posh couple who loved to entertain in their NYC region mansion. They had great taste!
• Cotton with white cotton embroidery over drawnwork

THE CONDITION:
Fair Used Vintage
Sold as found. Cotton fabric has thinned from many washings. Some food stains and washed ghost stains. Pin dot holes in center cotton. Larger hole on one edge. Some lose spots in lacework. Clean when found – no funky odors.
