9 lbs. of Pure Natural Sifted Hardwood Ash

This hardwood ash is coming from a chamber that is burning 1800 degrees to 2000 degrees.

The ash is cooled, sifted, and then screened while using an electric vibrating machine using a mesh screen with openings of .0236 of an inch. However some tiny pieces of black charcoal can make their way through the screen.

You will receive atleast 9 lbs of sifted ashes. The ashes in the container can settle over a period of time , so if you buy more than one it is possible the volume of the ashes might look different. The colors of the ashes can vary a little bit due to the type of hardwood that was burned, temperature of the chamber area, and the moisture content of the wood that was burned. The wood I burn is either Hickory, Oak, or White Ash.

A moisture removal pack was placed in the container to help remove any moisture during shipment and then a seal was applied on the opening, prior to screwing on the cap.
