A very cute country style recipe box! This was handpainted, (and signed), in the 1980's with quail and berries. It was a very popular hobby to paint little country-style designs on boxes, baskets, kitchenware, etc. This adorable recipe box is in very good condition, but does have some areas of wear that are normal with age and usage . It holds regular sized recipe cards, and measures 7"wide x 5"deep x 7"high, (overall outer dimensions). Inside of box measures 5-3/8"wide x 3-3/8"deep x 2-3/4"high, (slightly higher in back).
