1920s Lovely Pink Silk Chiffon w/ Beige Lace Nightgown & Tap Pants Lingerie Set Please View Photos

Sweet 2 piece lingerie set. Good condition w/ 2 issues. (see below) Gown has the original belt and matching tap pants. Ultra sheer fabric trimmed in beautiful beige lace. Gown has a bouquet of pastel silk rosettes on V neck and small pocket on lower right side below the belt. Belt is 1/2" wide made of same material. It can be belted low like the 20s style or at the waist which would make the top of gown more blouson. Tap pants have a 2 pink Mother 'o' Pearl button back closure. Also trimmed in the same lace. Side slits that expose the thighs and on the front left side of this opening is another bouquet of rosettes. Issues; on the front left side of the upper gown is a nearly impossible to see, an ever so slight change in the color. It is fairly large. As I have said, it is not only hard to see, you have to strain your eyes to find it. And because of this it would not photograph. I did not even know it was there until I handwashed this set and inspected it under extremely bright light. When worn and belted, one would never even know it is there. It is miniscule. However, in all honesty, it is there. Also, there is 1 very small hole ( 1/8" diameter) 4-1/2" above the bottom of the gown in the front, Not very noticeable when worn. Measurements; Bust up to 36" comfortably. The gown is 20" from side to side and this measurement goes all the way down to the hem. It is a sheath style. Length of gown 46". Very accommodating arm opening 24". Tap pants are in very good condition! Waist up to 34". Hips 38". Length 16". For 100 years in age this set is structurally in remarkable condition, and still as sweet and inviting as when it was made! It is 'AS IS'! NO RETURNS!
