Tired of using multiple hot pads or trivets to protect your table or counter from hot casserole dishes, pans and plates? Want to dress up your table with fun, beautiful themes? Then you will love these 10” x 10” large, INSULATED, hot pads. They add a touch of fun, elegance, chic, or whatever you are looking for, while being useful too!

These hot pads have been machine quilted and generously fit a 8” x 8” casserole dish (pictured). Perfect size for a pan of brownies or summer fruit cobbler. Flip it over to the reversed side for a totally other version!

But, don't just think of these for casseroles, consider them as a wonderfully insulated Mug Rug too! Use these with your favorite drink and snack!

***Size and Materials***

All hot pads are handmade from 100% premium quilting cotton fabric on front and back. In addition to these two layers, each hot pad also has 2 layers of batting between the quilting fabrics to help absorb heat, moisture and condensation, and 1 layer of Insul-Bright* thermal insulated lining to further protect your furniture from heat or cold. That's 3 internal layers! All layers have been quilted together to ensure no shifting or bunching during washing.

Insul-Bright* is heat resistant but not flame proof, so DO NOT use in the microwave.

***Care Instructions***

I personally recommend hand washing, however, these are machine washable in cold water, on a gentle cycle. I would also recommend using "color catcher" sheets to protect against dye bleeding and color fading. Due to the thermal lining, I recommend line drying, or laying flat to dry. This will ensure the integrity of the thermal lining is maintained for years to come. If you feel the need to machine dry, set on a low temperature setting. Iron with gentle steam for a crisp new look. As with most things, the more care taken in the washing, the longer our items shine!
