Vintage Wear-Ever Aluminum Cooking Pot, Vintage Kitchen-sid-70535

This is a nice Wear-Ever aluminum cooking pot. It has a securely fastened handle with what appears to be the original black painted wood. The handle will stay up on its own or it can be placed down along the side. There is a small handle on one side for easy pouring. The bottom is flat so will sit sturdily. There are no cracks or holes and it does hold water. Although hard to read, Wear-Ever is marked on the bottom. This pot has a top diameter of 9 1/4" and a height of 5". It holds 4 quarts or 1 gallon.

Although well cared for, this is vintage and is showing some wear. There is rusting of the handle and metal connections. There is some staining, both inside and outside. There are a few dents. Please look at the pictures carefully.

This is a great pot that could still be used for cooking. It would also make a great plant holder or used for storage.
