I am sure these were made for souvenir purposes.
The Paint in a few spots could be touched up since it is hand painted.
Jug is approximately 5" tall X 3" wide in the middle.
It is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
A little paint damage as seen in photos.
This would make a great gift for the Bar collector in your life.
