Ladies cap in variegated Aussie pure wool yarn that looks like denim.
With its slight gathering, the cap can be shaped to sit like a neat beret or tam. You can wear it with one ear exposed, both ears exposed or with the top half of your ears tucked in. (Just note that the cap is cropped and won't completely cover both ears if that's what you're needing.) There's a snug band on the bottom to keep it in your chosen position.
Sized to fit most ladies (55-58cm head), it measures 19cm from centre top to the bottom edge.
I made one of these for myself ages ago and liked the versatility. It's a beanie with a bit of style.
