For the safety of your plants, we highly recommend adding the necessary supplies to insulate and maintain your box at a stable temperature. It is important to keep the plants as safe as possible during extreme weather conditions.

It will greatly benefit your live plants and the condition they arrive to you in.

Warming Pack – Insulated box and Heat pack should be added if temperatures are below 50 degrees.

Cooling Pack- Insulated box and Ice Pack should be added if temperatures are above 75 degrees.

These are NOT sold separately. These are order add-ons only and your order will be canceled if purchased individually.

It is the customers responsibility to include these items for live plants, if you do not purchase these items with your live plant order, we are not responsible for loss of plants.
