We take intellectual property concerns very seriously, but many of these problems can be resolved
directly by the parties involved. We suggest contacting the seller directly to respectfully share

Important information:
1. There are some countries that Japan cannot ship to. Please send me a message or check the Japan Post website ( (It’s in English). Somes places (there are more) I cannot ship to include: Chile, Brazil. Only by boat: UAE, Israel, Italy, India, Greece, Costa Rica, Germany, UK, Finland, Peru.
2. I have restrictions on shipping to the EU. Small orders sent by regular airmail can avoid customs which is fine. I cannot sent large orders by airmail or express.
3. Items are shipped from Japan. Basic shipping should take 1 week+. Due to flight cancellations and delays, it could take up to a month. So I cannot give exact expected times on shipping. (I think most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks to most places).
4. Basic shipping is by airmail with no tracking. If you’d like tracking, please upgrade to express in checkout. I will refund any extra shipping cost paid through PayPal.
5. If are ordering many items and feel that the shipping to too high, feel free to send me a message with the items you'd like. I can make a custom listing with the exact shipping cost so you don't overpay. However, I try to adjust the shipping so it is cheaper when you order more items. Sorry for the trouble.
6. If your item is lost in the mail, I’m sorry but I cannot send a refund or a replacement. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
