Pepper Jelly is so versatile for sauces, glazes, dressings, sandwich spreads, and plain ole crackers. My favorite way to eat this jelly is with cream cheese and round crackers. Great for a party or the holidays. Our peppers are from our garden and never sprayed with pesticides. This pepper jelly has red and yellow bell peppers along with jalapeno peppers and Coolapeno peppers, but we added an extra kick with a touch of Cayenne chili peppers! Unique flavor that’s oh so yummy and quintessential Southern. A must have for every pantry!
Please be aware that if you are intolerant to capsaicin, the active component in chili peppers, do not eat. Jalapenos and cayenne chili peppers contain high capsaicin levels.
Made with Fruit Pectin that contains no Citric Acid.
