Heksa will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be in the same condition that you received it. Be aware that due to the extremely limited nature of our products, exchanges are possible but not guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY

If you receive an item that is defective/damaged due to a production or shipping problem, please reach out immediately for assistance. I will do my best to replace or refund your purchase depending on product availability.
After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your return order to be processed. You will be emailed when the refund has been processed on our end.
If the product is damaged in any way after receipt, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
