Every loaf is unique. On average 2.2lbs of beautiful golden crust & soft airy deliciousness inside. Averaging (with thickness) 7 slices per loaf. 🤤

𝓑𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓻𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼:
Organic Unbleached Bread Flour, Filtered Water, Pink Himalayan Salt, & Our Homemade Sourdough Starter.
No yeast, egg, or milk!

𝓖𝓵𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓷 𝓘𝓷𝓯𝓸:
Our Fermentation is between 24-48 hrs! Gluten is broken down during our fermentation process, allowing for easier digestion, especially for those with gluten sensitivity. Regular yeasted breads contain around 124,000 PPM of gluten. Organic Sourdough has around 200 PPM of gluten. FDA labels “Gluten Free” at 20 ppm.
