Antique English Farmhouse Low Milking Stool 1800s Handcrafted Folk Art Brutalist Primitive Rustic Elm or Oak Patina Lots of History

This lovely very old small handmade Folk Art low milking stool is overall in good antique condition with lots of history and lots of age-related trace of use to the solid wood (either elm or oak). The underside has signs of previous woodworm. One of the legs is a tad shorter, but this can easily be fixed by putting a piece of protective furniture felt underneath. Wonderful curio full of primitive and rustic apeal. Handcrafted in England in mid or late 1800s. It's executed in dark wood, a lovely curved seat, and four tapered legs, that are driven into the seat (no screws or nails!). This original decorative antique piece of furniture with its natural patina and weathered appearance will bring a touch of rustic farmhouse charm to your home. It is suitable to function as a sculptural brutalist accent, a display stool for a plant or lovely cushion or blanket.
