It has been attached with Mod Podge and sealed with a matte finish. The plate is made from nylon and is 3 3/16" x 4 15/16, making it slightly larger than normal plates. It is also fairly durable, resisting cracks better than the plastic ones. For simplicity, the screws included are unaltered.
