1. GRILL MODE (GOLD): Cook over direct heat without using the lid. For higher temperature open the front door

2. GRILL MODE (FLAMELESS): Cook with the lid on and the front door closed and you will have flameless embers for 4 hours. This allows you to not have to constantly monitor cooking.

3. OVEN MODE (CONVECTION): Place the meat on one side and the charcoal on the opposite side. Cook with the lid on and the front door closed and you will have indirect cooking for 4 hours.

4. SMOKER MODE: Place Humos® Wood Chips on the side support and place some red embers on them. Cook with the lid on and get all the flavor of cooking with wood.
