Japanese fukuro-style obi/kimono sash, soft metallic silver with bright woven rainbow arcs in primary & secondary colours. The obi is 12 inches wide and 167.5 inches long. The front has continuous design for 104.5 inches, a 45.5-inch section of plain woven beige fabric (which is the section that would not show when the obi is tied in the traditional way), and a final 17.5-inch section of the design. The back is plain woven beige lining. The fabrics are synthetic, and are quite flexible. It is in excellent condition, with some very light fold-marks, but I think it might have been tried on half-heartedly but not worn previously. Good for display, such as table runner (see photo samples in orange) or wall hanging, or for remake, such as using the fabric as brocade or trim for garments, belts, etc. Great for crafters too!
