1. Items are made to order only. Item takes 14 business days to make before shipping out on the 15th business day by 2-5 day Priority mail through USPS. THIS TIMELINE MAY DIFFERS FROM ETSY’S TIMELINE. Shoppy counts date of purchase, weekends and holidays, we do not. Please make sure you count business days prior to ordering. Purchasing more than one item can lengthen the production time so please contact seller to confirm timeframe.
2. We DO NOT accept cancellations or returns as our items are custom made. Please contact seller for any questions.
3. Adult/tween size dresses have a sweetheart neckline that differs from the children’s sizes and images are adjusted to middle panel (which may be smaller than seen in photo). Size of all images is dependent on size ordered, they will not exceed 10”. Almost all images are heat transfer vinyl.
4. Rush orders available with prior approval by seller for an additional fee. DO NOT PUT NEED BY DATE IN NOTE TO SELLER WHEN PURCHASING UNLESS DIRECTED TO BY US. We do not guarantee an earlier arrival date without PRIOR approval and fee paid.
5. Dresses are pictured with a petticoat under them, petticoats are NOT included.
6. Accessories are NOT included, hats, ears, knee highs, jewelry etc.
7. All items are made to fit measurements provided in our size chart. The dresses will stretch to the chest/bust measurement only and are intended to put on over the head. Size chart is in photos. Please measure prior to purchasing, we do not offer returns for wrong size ordered. Our size chart may differ from store bought clothing. Tween sizes require you to measure prior to ordering to confirm.
8. Items are made with a variety of cotton/polyester lightweight fabric.
9. “ADD-ON” items are only available with purchase with the dress or vest listed and not available for individual sale.
