If purchasing more than 1 item, the shipping cost will be calculated as if each purchase is being shipped individually. However, I will combine the total number purchased and refund all shipping over payment at the time of shipment.
I try very hard to pack orders in such a way that they arrive intact. However, I cannot be responsible for the mistakes made by others after orders are shipped. If you receive an order which has been damaged in shipping, you will need to file a claim on the website. If you need help doing so, please contact me and I will do all I can to help you. NOTE… in case of damage, do not throw anything away, as you may be asked to take it to your local post office for inspection.
I try to ship orders the day after I receive them. In order to do so, I pack them very quickly after receiving them. I have a “no cancellation” policy. But; if you should change your mind about making the purchase before it is shipped, I will cancel it for you. However; there will be a $5 cancellation fee. I charge this fee to cover the packing cost and re-listing fees which are charged to me.
