Q: What happens if my products arrived damaged?
A: We stand behind our products 100%. Please reach out to us ASAP if your order arrives damaged to discuss getting a replacement.

Q: My package was marked delivered but is not in my mailbox/cannot find it.
A: Unfortunately sometimes this happens and is part of dealing with USPS. Reach out directly to your mail carrier and your local post office to see if it was mis-delivered or if they can locate it.

Q: My package is lost in the mail or tracking has stopped.
A This is a frustrating part of dealing with USPS and sometimes happens. Please understand that once your package is in the hands of USPS we have no control over it. We cannot see any more information through tracking than you can. Reach out directly to your local post office and see if they can locate it via the tracking number. If your package is truly lost then we recommend opening a case with USPS. Also, please contact us to let us know your package was lost and we will work with you to get a replacement sent.
