What does GOTS Certification stand for?

Since the underwear are sewn in fabric without any plastic or elastic band, they tend to loosen a little bit or resiliency during the day. They are naturally stretchy due to being tricot knitted fabric and will regain their stretchiness after washing.

Washing
40-60 degrees preferably in a garment bag.
For extra care use a gentle washing program.

All underwear are handmade by Mathilda upon ordering and the processing time is 1-3 days.
Shipping times are varied from 1-6 days depending on which country you order from. Please proceed to checkout to see exact days. All orders are sent traceable, you will receive a tracking number upon purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Since this is a hygiene product I do not normally except returns or exchanges. If, for example, you realised you ordered the wrong size and the underwear are unworn, unwashed and untampered please let me know and we can find a solution.
