Lisk Black and White Spatterware Roasting Pan. This pan is made of enamelware or graniteware and referred to as spatterware because of the pattern. It is the smaller size used for roasting a chicken, duck or small turkey. The bottom is 13" long without the handles by 9 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" deep, the lid is 13" long by 8 3/4" wide by 3 1/2" deep. The lifting tray with handles (often missing) is 11 1/2" by 8 1/4" by 1 1/2" deep.
This set is in very good condition with very few chips in the coating and just a few spots of rust, not effecting its use. The steam regulator on the top works freely. It was an early to mid-century mainstay in the cook's kitchen and can still be used today. Or, it's a cool, vintage decorating piece in a country kitchen.
