This French rolling pin is turned from Sycamore and Walnut by me. Classic handle-free design allows pastry chefs to roll out thin and uniform circles of pie or tart dough. Tapering pin can be pivoted to create a perfect round of pastry.
The pin is so slender and lightweight, you can easily flip the rolled dough over the wooden cylinder and ease it into a baking pan. This pin was finished with Walnut Oil and buffed to a perfect sheen.
